I bought these several years ago from eHobby addition to ones I had 15 years ago and they are still functioning well. There is something about Japanese QC that makes them worth the price for longevity. Mind you , it doesn't mean that you don't care and maintain them either. ie. when not in use, unload all bbs to allow spring to retain its flexibility, silicone lube the spring and follower and clean after each use if used in the field. They are metal and tough so accidental dropping should not damage it, though like anything, if u purposely drop them, something will eventually break. I have bought a lot of cheap metal generic magazine and the amount of frustrations in bb jamming in magazine or spring is weak, misfiring/dry firing etc. I totally think it is worth a quality magazine. I just wished TM could sell a box set at a better price than individual and better Colt trademarks. Since then I have bought used TM magazine and new ones, some are extremely scratched up but still functions well. Haven't had any break on me as I have about 50x TM magazines.
