I'm relatively new to airsoft and have only bought one primary weapon and a sidearm. I got the GP-30 over the holidays. It has a very solid construction and I doubt there will be any wear and tear if it is assembled properly.
Only problem is that one of the tiny screws popped out and couldn't be put back in. Turns out the threading was a little stripped at the beginning of the threading and the screw was too short to screw back in. After a trip to the hardware store, I found an easy fix. The screw is a metric M3 screw, and all you need to do is find a longer one. Hopefully nobody else should encounter this dilemma but in the event that this issue occurs for other people, all you need is a longer screw of the same make. While the mechanical bug may have been a fluke, I think the inconvenience warrants a star deduction from the review.
Other than that, remember that this launcher only takes normal length shells. Also, this makes your gun HEAVY. AK series guns are front heavy enough, but this puppy takes it to a new level. The consolation is that the GP-30's pistol grip acts as a great foregrip to hold when playing. For a full metal grenade launcher by a high quality manufacturer like King Arms, this is a great price and the product has amazing value.
If you have the money, I say buy it.
