Good value for money

For 20USD there is very little to find fault with this helmet. The construction is solid but not too heavy for it to be an annoyance. The pad system is basic but functional.

The harness/chin strap system is again basic (Standard chin cup and nape of neck pad set up), but works and keeps the helmet suitably attached to your head without any noticeable slackening off but I taped the excess strapping up after adjusting it to suit my head for tidiness.

For size reference my head diameter is 59cm and I found this helmet to be about right, having used it in hot and cold weather the pads work OK at retaining heat which is good in the cold, not so great if you play in really hot and humid climates.

While this helmet offers no real ballistic or serious impact protection if you're looking for something that will save you a bit of hurt on the field if you tend to go through doors and windows head first and look the part without costing too much this is a good buy.
