When I was looking at this vest

#2 Velcro being weak and not holding the mag pouches strong enough

The size is just fine for me, I am 230 lbs at 5'11" and I think the vest could be twice as big. The velcro is high quality and the pouches that are removeable are also supported by straps. Overall the vest seems pretty tough and I am pretty satisfied with it.
The only con is that the magazine pouches are pretty tight and not adjustable. They are tightend down with a tight elastic strap, wich is nice because it holds everything together, but it makes it a little annoying to insert a magazine into. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could
