As seen in video game Metal Gear Acid from Playstation PSP. The FA-MAS being adopted by the French army in 1979 is a bullpup type rifle which has the magazine joint at the rear of the trigger and has a nickname of trumpet because of its unique appearance. Although the overall length is shorter than the conventional rifle, the barrel length is still measuring 488mm which is longer than a M4A1 Rifle. Featuring extreme high full auto firing ratio of 1,000 bullets per minute.
This AEG is fully upgradeable and take lots of aftermarket parts & accessories. This Airsoft AEG act just like a real steel except it is shooting 6mm Plastic Bullet than real ammunition. As always, HOP UP is equipped and located inside the ejector port cover. Powered by 8.4v LARGE Type Battery, the airsoft AEG powerfully shooting at 285fps without any problem.

Price Value Quality Great Gun, some small flaws AirsoftJunkie on 2/10/09: This gun is great. I have had it for a year and it still works perfectly. The original FPS was about 280 with 0.2g. The ROF with a bad 8.4v battery is about 950-1000 RPM. The effective range is about 150-170 ft. It is very effective in combat. It does have a couple problems though: 1. The cheekrest comes off very easily (I lost mine in battle.) 2. The FPS drops over time, mine went from 280 down to 250, but it still performs amazingly. 3. It occasionaly double feeds. 4. Semi-Auto doesn't work very often but full auto always works. Overall, I reccomend this gun, even with its flaws, it outperforms and outlives most clone/china guns for only about $80 more.
Price Value Quality best AEG maxime on 1/30/09: the famas is a very good aeg. it is the first AEG out and despite his age he is still powerful and rarely falls down! good value, great pace. a change in the hop up is necessary, however. or nothing to say do not hesitate, but provide a lot of balls! 1000 cps min
